We are married to the mountains also.

I must have been down on relationships when I posted that message. In my life, partners come and go, but the mountains are always there.

Holsti97Married Couples

Voted 9/10

Having a significant other to hike with in the mountains is great. Certainly better than shopping! I like this album. If I would improve it I would limit it to 1-2 photos per couple. IMHO it is no different than the hundreds of summit photos that appear on SP. When SPv2 introduced albums, members submitted things that are of interest to them including things not really related to mountains such as Lighthouses, Canine Companions, Helicopters, Hot Springs & Geysers, Children, Orchids, and When We Were Young. I don't have a problem with any of them if they are quality.

Well put. I noticed one person got somewhat testy in the "get rid of it" order, but I like the idea of what Scott is doing here. If a person doesn't like the concept, he/she can skip this album.

DraggerWhy not...

Well, I think the idea of this album is nice but why not just "couples"? It makes it sound like couples that aren't married are not wanted here. I think "Couples - Climbing and Hiking Shot" would sound less exclusive.

Oh, I was not aware of that other thread -- I just thought it sounded sort of exclusive. Because you created the album, I think you could probably just change the title without starting any "flame wars". Then again, this is SP -- who knows! It's your prerogative.

I decided to upgrade my vote to offset the naysayers a little. Let me know if you want me to detach a couple of my photos, I will happy to do so. If not just as well.
